Here is how to use the P-Mate:

P-Mate Usage
  1. P-Mate Usage Step 1 STEP 1: Unfold the P-Mate without flattening the upper side, then push the rear triangle inwards. Thus a small receptacle is created.
  2. P-Mate Usage Step 2 STEP 2. Pull your pants down a little or push your skirt up a little and move your underwear aside. Put the receptacle underneath the urethral opening and softly push its edges against your groins.
  3. P-Mate Usage Step 3 STEP 3. Stretch your knees and push your thighs backwards, now the device is pointing downwards. Relax and let nature do her thing. PEE!
  4. P-Mate Usage Step 4 STEP 4. Finally deposit the P-Mate in a dustbin
